: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Associate to join Tansy Academy. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and executing marketing strategies and drive enrollment by promoting the Academy's training programs. This role involves collaboration with various departments to enhance brand visibility, attract prospective students, and ensure an excellent student experience through effective communication and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and design marketing strategy involving different online and offline platforms.
• Convert marketing strategy into sales action plan.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, chat, and meetings to generate leads and increase enrollment.
• Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, open houses, and fairs to promote the Academy.
• Tap into students whatsapps, facebook and other online groups/platforms.
• Manage relationship with local educational institutions.
• Manage past and current student database, stay in contstant touch to get referral students.
• Guide prospective students on programs, admissions, and financial aid.
• Track and report sales metrics, including inquiries, applications, and conversion rates.
• Identify partnership opportunities with third-party organizations.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and potential new markets.
• Post monthly digital articles and ads on social media.
• Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures, videos, and ads.
Requirements and Skillset:
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies across online and offline platforms.
• Sales Conversion: Experience in translating marketing strategies into actionable sales plans.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in conducting outreach via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings.
• Event Coordination: Ability to organise and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and fairs.
• Social Media Savvy; Familiarity with leveraging platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online groups for outreach.
• Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining relationships with local educational institutions.
• Database Management: Experience managing student databases and maintaining regular communication for referrals.
• Advisory Skills: Knowledgeable in guiding prospective students about programs, admissions, and financial aid.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to track and report on sales metrics, including inquiries, applications, and conversion rates.
• Market Research: Proficient in conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Digital Marketing: Experience in creating and posting digital content, including articles and advertisements on social media.
• Creative Skills: Ability to assist in developing marketing materials like brochures, videos, and ads.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Compensation:
• 15% of revenue share from the sales.
• Additional 5% of revenue share towards expenses and 3rd party commission.
• Achieving a monthly target of 10 student enrolments will earn you Rs. 60,000 per month, which covers your salary, commission and expenses.
