Job Summary: The Sales Marketing Executive in Real Estate is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and close sales deals. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Activities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and develop targeted sales strategies.
• Generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
• Marketing Activities:
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties, including online and offline strategies.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other professionals to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
• Maintain and update the company's website and property listings on various online platforms.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about properties and market conditions.
• Follow up with clients after sales transactions to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and marketing efforts in the company's CRM system.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to property sales.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
