Selected employee\'s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Run marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and Instagram platforms
2. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement
3. Ideate and curate content strategies for marketing channels to attract and retain customers
4. Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience
5. Manage the sales funnel to track leads, conversions, and the customer journey
6. Implement strategies to move leads through the funnel effectively
7. Follow up on client queries promptly and manage all incoming queries efficiently
8. Handle sales inquiries, bookings, documentation, and complaints professionally
9. Process bookings by coordinating with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
10. Collaborate with different departments to streamline booking processes
11. Assist in enhancing the brand presence on social channels through engaging content
12. Work with video editors and graphic designers to create compelling visuals and videos
13. Generate creative content ideas and collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to bring them to life
