JOB TITLE : Sales & Marketing Associate
JOB LOCATION: Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event inquiries.
• Prepare and send proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to secure bookings for rooms, event spaces, and other hotel services.
• Maintain a client database, tracking leads, inquiries, and repeat business opportunities.
• Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures, online content, flyers, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the hotel's website is up-to-date with current promotions, packages, and information.
• Monitor online reviews and social media platforms, responding to guest feedback and inquiries to enhance the hotel's online presence.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends that can benefit the hotel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
