Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting marketing and sales activities, managing customer communications, assisting with documentation, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing & Lead Management

Assist in marketing outreach to prospective customers via email and SMS campaigns. Engage with leads generated through various channels; follow up through calls and messages. Collect and record customer feedback to support service improvement.

Sales Support & Documentation

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI). Ensure accuracy of customer invoices, including correct pricing and details. Provide after-sales documents to customers, such as Material Test Certificates (MTC) and other relevant paperwork.

Inventory & Operations

Assist in updating and maintaining the inventory list regularly. Coordinate with the head of department to obtain material rates and update records accordingly. Provide regular stock updates to management and relevant departments.

Customer Service

Address customer queries and provide timely updates on order status. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering prompt and effective after-sales support.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office (Excel) . Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?16,500.00 - ?27,500.00 per month
