Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets.

Job Type - Field Marketing and sales Job (Full Time)

Salary 20 to 25k + travelling allownces + incentives on sales and traget achivement (Depending upon the candidate it varies)

Key Responsibilities

1. Visitng the different supermarkets in chennai and getting the orders.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners.

3. Reporting the daily order report in excel or whats app
4. Adding new shops by visiting them and showing them our products.

5. Reporting to office every day after the work.

6. Industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company.

7. Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries, feedback, and issues promptly.

8. Should be multi-tasking and ready for challenging situations.

Qualifications:

• 12 pass or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresher/Experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in [industry or specific field].
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
