• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and target potential Agritech customers, including farmers, agricultural organizations, and industry stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers and drive sales.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
