Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on glass hardware solutions.
2. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling glass hardware products and services.
3. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our glass hardware solutions.
4. Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare and present detailed quotations to customers, negotiating terms and conditions to close sales effectively.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback to the product development team.
7. Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation of glass hardware, addressing any customer concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the glass fittings and hardware industry.
3. Strong knowledge of glass hardware products, materials, and design trends.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
