Job Description

Required Male candidate for BDE For full time in Ludhiana.

Roles and responsibilities

Establish new business opportunities.

Schedule meetings and accompany seniors to engage with client.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships, including organizing business lunches or get together at dinners as needed, to promote the company.

Co-ordinate and make preparations for exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent the Company, as well as attend various events to network with existing and potential clients to establish strong professional relationships.

Natural knack to connect and gel with people over physical as well as digital mediums like call, email, and chat.

Build and manage business relations with overseas customers.

Willingness to travel to client's place in India and overseas whenever required.

Should be flexible to work overtime.

Follow-ups with clients to achieve sales growth.

Do Price Negotiations and offer lucrative discounts to customers to fetch orders.

Address and resolve customer complaints and grievances.

Monitor and work on enquiries generated, quotes sent, quotes closed, converted and lost.

Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts.

Follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activities of Business development Executives.

Coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure that the customer is best served.

Requirements

A well-groomed Female Candidate with a good personality and professional appearance and demeanour, having an attractive and engaging presence.

Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in English.

Well versed in Email and Phone communication.

Experience in Business Development and Maintain Client Relationship.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable with travels across India and outside India to meet clients and to establish relations with potential clients.
