Sales and Customer Support Representative
Location: Hyderabad, India
As a Sales and Customer Support Representative at SwiperClick, you will engage with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored digital marketing solutions. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer support, ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience with our services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Present and demonstrate the value of SwiperClick's services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clients with accurate information about our services and resolve any issues they may encounter.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Min 2+ years of experience in sales and customer support, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
