? Sales:
o Maintain existing B2B Business Customer.
o Client Visits: Up to 50% travel within the Delhi NCR region to meet existing B2B clients and approach new B2B leads & customers.
o Follow-Up: Follow-up with clients regarding orders.
? CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
o Excellent Communication Skills: (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with all customers via phone.
o Customer Interaction: Reply to customers' comments, messages, DMs, queries, and emails.
o Comprehension Skills: Excellent ability to clearly understand and articulate customer issues.
o Social Media Proficiency: Good understanding of various social media platforms.
