Roles and Responsibilities:
• To identify the potential market.
• To generate lead by calling or visiting the potential customer.
• To constantly monitor reviews and feedback from customers .
• Daily maintaining the customer records and calling them for feedback and reviews.
• Updating oneself with new changes in retail tech and implementing strategies accordingly.
• Working on strategies to increase the B2C and B2B sales.
• Having enough experience in taking leads from India Mart and various other portal and calling them and regularly follow up with them.
• Good work ethic with interest in market visit sales and tele-sales.
• To set up and deliver sales presentations, and product/service demonstrations daily.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should have at least 1 year of experience in sales and customer relationship.
• Should commute daily to office address.
• Should be passionate for online sales and Retail.
• Should have the ability to identify opportunities and potential leads.
• Should be a quick learner of technology-product.
• Good tele-communication skills with decent experience in retail technology.
• Good convincing power by calling customers.
• Having patience in dealing with difficult clients.
• Good communication skills in either Hindi or English. Preferably both.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
