Edufront is a startup revolutionizing education with innovative solutions. We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, leveraging your expertise in interactive panel sales to schools, institutes, and corporate offices.
Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by selling our products to schools, institutes, and corporate offices
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing leads and generating new ones
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market needs
Products you will sell:
1. Interactive Panel for schools, institutions, and corporate offices
2. Robotics/Coding for 1st to 12th grade students. (B2C)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in educational institutions or corporate offices
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Graduation in any stream
Note:
- Leads are already generated, but are limited, so the ability to convert them into sales is crucial.
- If no leads are generated and no sales are closed within the first month, a fixed salary of Rs. 15,000 will be offered from the second month onwards.
Incentives:
- 20% incentive on profit (15k fixed salary+ commission-based earnings)
