We at SMV Engineers currently seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive to join our multi-disciplined team which specializes in the design of industrial structures.

Job role - Sales and Business Development Executive (2-5 Yrs Experience)

Education - B.E/B. Tech - Civil Engineering, MBA - Sales & Marketing

Job Location - Vadodara

Salary - 30000 - 40000 Per month

• Identify potential clients in the real estate sector for Civil Structure design across the india for industrial, high-rise, and residential segments.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to Meet or exceed assigned business development/Sales targets.
• Building relationships with potential clients, architects, builders, contractors, developers, and civil engineers through regular interactions, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, and project managers) to align client requirements with deliverables.
• Negotiating business terms/proposal with new and existing clients
• Act as a point of contact between the client and internal teams during the project lifecycle.
• Represent the company in negotiations, industry events, society meetings and conferences.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sales and revenue generation.

Key Skill Required

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Real Estate is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development in real estate, Civil Structural /architecture design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Civil Structural Design tools like AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD PRO, BIM, REVIT
• Ability to travel as required.
