Position: Sales Analyst

Role Overview:

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends, uncover opportunities for improvement, and support strategic decisions to drive the company's sales growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that contribute to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:

- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Evaluate sales performance metrics and generate actionable recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.

2. Reporting:

- Create comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel and Power BI.

- Present findings to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

3. Forecasting:

- Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and current business activities.

- Provide input to the sales team to refine strategies and set realistic sales targets.

4. Process Optimization:

- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

5. Market Analysis:

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.

- Support pricing strategies and promotional campaigns with data-backed insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.

- Advanced proficiency in_ Microsoft Excel and Power BI. _

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
