Your role will focus on developing innovative reporting solutions and optimizing our Excel and Salesforce analytics to guide key business decisions. As a key interface between data and action, you will identify revenue opportunities, streamline sales processes, and convey complex insights to our leadership team.Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be pivotal in driving our revenue growth through detailed analytics and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced SaaS B2B environment, possessing a strong background in data analytics, project management, and collaborative communication.Principal Accountabilities

  • Create and launch innovative reporting methodologies for in-depth revenue and sales process insights.
  • Automate and manage sophisticated reporting within Excel and Salesforce, enhancing dashboard functionalities.
  • Tailor a reporting suite to meet the distinct data and insight requirements of various internal user groups.
  • Collaborate with the data team to integrate and refine comprehensive dashboard solutions.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights, presenting compelling narratives to senior management.
  • Execute detailed analysis to spot revenue gaps to enhance growth.
  • Evaluate the sales cycle to identify and rectify inefficiencies, thus increasing sales momentum.
  • Identify successful sales practices and strategize their implementation across the team.
  • Engage with sales, marketing, and customer success teams for comprehensive data collection and insight generation.
  • Offer data-backed recommendations to leadership, informing strategic decisions for revenue enhancement.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and communicate progress.
  • Embrace a creative approach to problem-solving, seeking innovative data analysis and reporting methods.
  • Keep an external perspective to drive the user insights agenda and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Proficient in advanced dashboarding with Salesforce and data visualization using PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Skilled in marketing automation reporting with tools like Marketo, Pardot, or Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and Master Data Management principles.
  • Significant SaaS B2B industry experience, with a focus on sales, marketing, and product insights.
  • Expertise in revenue forecasting, pipeline analytics, and extracting actionable insights from complex data.
  • Proven project management abilities and experience leading multi-team projects.
  • Knowledgeable in marketing analytics techniques, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Effective communication skills for translating technical insights to diverse audiences and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with analytics trends, adept in ensuring data integrity, and agile in a fast-paced business environment.
