Job Description

GFR Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a motivated Sales and CRM Executive to enhance client relationships and drive sales in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, with a strong grasp of logistics and freight forwarding.

Key responsibilities include :

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize networking, cold calling, and industry events to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Use data analytics to track performance and enhance service quality.
• Resolve client issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Mentor junior staff on CRM best practices.
• Maintain a strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding practices.

Shift: Morning Shift
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
