We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to join the Grand View Consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for real estate. As a Sales Agent, you will work closely with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through every step of the property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters. Provide expert advice and consult with clients on property transactions.
• Property Sales & Leasing:
Present and market properties effectively to potential buyers and renters. Arrange property viewings, showings, and conduct open houses to generate interest and sales.
• Market Research & Insights:
Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and new listings. Offer clients detailed market analysis to help them make informed decisions.
• Lead Generation & Networking:
Actively seek new leads through various channels including networking, referrals, online listings, and prospecting calls.
• Negotiation & Contract Facilitation:
Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes. Assist clients in drafting, reviewing, and signing contracts in compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
• Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
• Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client communications using the company's CRM system. Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and submitted.
• Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire property transaction process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or a strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
• A valid real estate license (as required in the location of employment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to close sales.
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets, trends, and laws is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other real estate tools.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
