Respond to Emails and Chats from customers and help them with their queries.
Provide information about available travel options, including destinations, prices, and promotions.
Convert calls into confirmed bookings by overcoming objections and closing the sale.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and travel destinations to ensure the best possible recommendations to customers.
