Key Responsibilities: 1. Retail Sales: o Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about the products. o Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products. o Meet and exceed individual sales targets as set by the Boutique Manager. 2. Customer Service: o Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience. o Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. o Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Store Operations: o Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining cleanliness and product displays. o Assist in stock management, including inventory control and restocking shelves as needed. 4. Team Collaboration: o Mentoring junior team members to enable them in meeting their sales targets and ensuring the overall sales target for Men's Wear category is met. o Work closely with the Boutique Manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations. o Participate in team meetings and share insights to enhance customer experience and sales performance. 5. Product Knowledge: o Stay up-to-date with product features, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. o Attend product training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance team performance. 6.
