Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Interact with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and recommend solutions.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into sales.
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Follow-up and After-sales Support: Provide follow-up services and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, including customer interactions, lead generation, and sales activity.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Problem-solving: Handle customer complaints or objections in a positive, efficient manner.
• Collaborate: Work with the sales team and other departments to improve overall customer experience and sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
