Process Execution: Follow the defined process of Read-Data-Respond-Repeat:
- Read: Understand the customer's needs and context.
- Data Entry: Enter relevant data into the system accurately.
- Respond: Provide appropriate responses to customer queries.
- Repeat: Continue the process for ongoing support.
Customer Prioritization: Classify customer interactions into cold, warm, and hot categories.
- Cold and Warm: Handle purely via chat.
- Hot: Manage through a combination of calls and chats.
Data Management: Create and maintain data sheets for every customer touchpoint.
Language Flexibility: Communicate with customers in Manglish, English, or Malayalam according to their preferences, using a casual tone rather than formal chats.
