Job Description

Understand customer needs, recommend suitable EV models, conduct test drives, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business. Stay updated on the latest EV technologies, features, and market trends. Educate customers on charging options, battery performance, and government incentives. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while meeting or exceeding sales targets and preparing performance reports. Highlight the environmental benefits of EVs, addressing concerns like range anxiety and charging infrastructure, and collaborating with marketing teams on green initiatives. Assist with financing, warranties, and service packages while ensuring post-sale support, including coordination for maintenance and software updates.
