Position Overview :

As an Agency Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and mentoring talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will guide them through the process of becoming successful insurance agents, helping them achieve their professional and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard high-potential candidates such as housewives, retired professionals, and financial advisors.

- Provide comprehensive training and support to new agents, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge.

- Mentor and motivate agents to achieve their sales targets and professional development goals.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in recruitment, training, or sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
