Position Overview:

A Real Estate Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They act as intermediaries between property buyers and sellers, ensuring the transaction process is smooth, efficient, and aligned with the client's needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement :
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Provide advice on available properties, market conditions, and pricing.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential clients for future business.
• Property Listings :
• Assist in listing properties for sale or rent.
• Ensure property descriptions, photos, and relevant details are accurate and appealing.
• Coordinate property viewings and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
• Sales Negotiation :
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sale or rental agreements.
• Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other involved parties (e.g., attorneys, lenders).
• Advise clients on legal and financial matters, ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations.
• Market Research & Analysis :
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and new developments.
• Provide market insights and comparative analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Customer Service :
• Offer exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Guide clients through paperwork and documentation processes.
• Marketing & Promotion :
• Promote properties through various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and strategies.
• Administrative Tasks :
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation for property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and leads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, property laws, and financing options.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software tools.
• A valid real estate license (where applicable).

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
