Job Description
1. Prospect for potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms. 2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify properties that meet clients' needs and preferences. 3. Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about the features and benefits of each property. 4. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to achieve the best possible outcome. 5. Prepare and present purchase offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
