Gender Male / Female Education Graduate Age 20-30 Years Experience 0- 5 years in the retail industry preferably from Apparels, Hospitality, Jewelry, Cosmetics. Salary INR 1.8 LAKH \xe2\x80\x93 2.4 LAKH - CTC Languages English, Kannada and Hindi 1. Candidate should be Charismatic & pleasing personality and capable to assist customer for their buying choices. 2. Should have the ability to impart their academic knowledge on styling the customer. 3. Should have the ability to guide the prospective customers by understanding customers need, taste and preferences. 4. Assisting & Helping customers in the decision making and to make the sale happen. 5. Maintaining the visual merchandising standards. 6. Pleasantly greeting the walk-in customers and assisting them to therespective counter.7. Passionate towards customer handling and convert opportunitiesinto sales. 8. Should possess excellent interpersonal and relationship buildingskills. 9. Good Customer relations management and ability to resolvecustomer complaints & grievances. 10. Maximizing customer satisfaction matrix by providing pre &post sale assistance. Other Requirements 1. The incumbent should be trustworthy with impeccable integrity,sound work ethics, and dynamic and with excellent peoplecommunication skills. 2. Should have good references 3.
