SKL Design Studio is looking for an organized and self-motivated SALES ADMINISTRATOR who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team. This role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling customer queries via calls / emails / messages, performing clerical duties, and maintaining the general office administration.
In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
1- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, Whatsapp message or phone. Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
2- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining sales collateral.
3- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment, and track shipments. Ensure accurate stock levels and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
4- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
5- Carrying out clerical duties such as preparing documents, data entry and presentations. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
6- Keeping the office well-stocked with supplies and monitoring all equipment functioning correctly. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment. Handle special projects & initiatives and performing other relevant duties when needed.
Required Skills
1- Fluency in written and spoken English
2- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
6- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
8- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
9- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
10- Any BPO experience is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria
1- Post-graduation from a reputed university.
2- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar profile of sales support and administration.
3- Familiarity with sales processes and procedures.
4- Knowledge of order processing systems and CRM software.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Salary Offered: 20000-25000 Per Month
Immediate Joinee Preferred
