We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from your own home, provided you have your own reliable laptop and a stable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and task execution. In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be adept at multitasking and managing your time efficiently to meet the demands of our growing client base. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, as you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, addressing their inquiries and providing them with outstanding support.Key responsibilities for the role include Sales administration for the sales operation, acting as a liaison between parties, conducting follow-ups with clients, managing the CRM system, updating and improving the booking form, processing card charges, maintaining and updating Excel schedules, addressing and resolving queries and complaints, and performing other administrative duties as required. This multifaceted role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in various software applications and tools. Proactively engaging with clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and consistently striving to enhance operational efficiency are essential components of this position. By diligently executing these responsibilities, the incumbent will contribute significantly to the smooth operation and ongoing success of the sales function within the organization.What you need to know:

  • Salary: INR 20,000 - INR 25,000 per month, depending on experience
  • Working hours are 13:00pm - 21:30pm Monday to Friday (one weekend shift every 6 - 8 weeks)
  • 40 days paid leave per year
  • Fully remote
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Customer care | client handling | complaints experience essential.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Able to handle diverse tasks.
