We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and
Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to
support our sales efforts and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
? Sending sales emails to prospective clients and following up with lead tracker
to maintain communication within the sales team.
? Conducting payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely receipt of
payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
? Managing internal files and documents, including organizing, updating, and
maintaining digital and physical records.
? Handling minor administrative tasks such as staff attendance tracking and
managing leave requests.
? Providing general administrative support to the sales team and other
departments as needed.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a related
field.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
preferred.
? Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
