Role Purpose The role is responsible to manage RFS/RFI/RFP (Request for Service/Information/Pricing) BAU requests from customers and in life changes. The individual may work across a range of countries and products, taking full responsibility for the request. Receive RFS/RFI/RFP from different customer through respective account teams, co-ordinate with internal teams to finalize the RFS response, negotiate internally to meet customer technical or financial requirements. Follow up with Account Team/Customer for approvals and next steps and hand over to the project team to delivery. Ensuring that Customer Relationship Management processes/systems requirements are compliant. Role Responsibility Broad understanding of Fixed line services Basic understanding of sales force to manage Opportunities related to RFS Customer facing experience to manage communications as the SPOC for RFS\'s. Standard Pricing as part of RFS Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Commercial, Network, etc. to fulfill customer requirements. Can Do attitude is very important as the roles requires flexibility and adoptability based on the situation Must have technical / professional qualifications: Graduate Key accountabilities On Time return of RFS response Customer co-ordination for RFS Manage reports Key performance indicators : Revenue Margin maximization
