Sales Admin _ Hyderabad Job descriptionResponsibilitiesReceiving and processing purchase orders.Issuing sales transaction invoices & Check data accuracy in orders and invoicesVerifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.Compiling monthly sales reports.Expediting orders through internal liaison.Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.Identifying new products to add to those on offer.Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsDevelop monthly sales reportsCommunicate important feedback from customers internallyReceiving, processing, labelling, and storing incoming stock.Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.Organizing the warehouse space.Preparing orders for shipment.Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift.Counting stock and keeping inventory records.Requirements and skillsProven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agentHands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsA team player with a high level of dedicationAbility to work under strict deadlinesCertification in Marketing, Sales or a relevant field is a plusadd to those on offer.Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsDevelop monthly sales reportsCommunicate important feedbackPrevious experience in sales adminExperience1 - 4 YearsNo. of Openings1EducationDiploma, Any Bachelor DegreeRoleSales AdminIndustry TypeAccounting / FinanceGender[ Male / Female ]Job CountryIndiaType of JobFull TimeWork Location TypeWork from Office
