The Sales Administrator will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This role involves coordinating with various departments, preparing sales reports, and assisting with customer inquiries to enhance overall sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Order Processing:
• Process sales orders and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Data Management:
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
• Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights to the sales team.
