Must Have Experience in Dentist (BDS/DDS), Dental Hygienist or Dental lab technician or relevant experience Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience POSITION SUMMARY: This Sales Role is responsible for managing a portfolio of current Carestream Dental customers and will build long term relationships with the customers. This role will be the first point of contact for current customers and will generate sales within the accounts by upselling and cross-selling software solutions. Customer longevity is key while ensuring customer needs are met quickly to enhance the customer experience. Successful execution includes achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets. This role will build close business relationships with assigned customers, understanding their individual requirements, providing demand creation, training and support to introduce and promote the benefits and efficiencies of growing their own case numbers, efficiency and revenue. Carestream has a strong portfolio of dental clinical software solutions encompassing surgical guides, digital dentures, cloud imaging etc and this position will be responsible to expand customer base for this portfolio or as directed other portfolios as well. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate sales within customer accounts by upselling and cross-selling clinical software solutions Working with existing users to grow the number of performed cases to increase utilization and recurring revenue Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers Communicate customer needs by collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience Ensure customers receive products and services timely by collaborating with other departments Forecast and track customer account metrics Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts Quickly and consistently document customer notes in CRM Perform special duties as directed by management Increase the number of cases done by registered users for assigned customers Assist in the internal marketing of value prop and benefits to users Offering webinars from demand creation to training Assisting new users with first case(s) onboarding and ramp up support in close collaboration with Expert teams Increase the number of "active" users for assigned customers, including both making "inactive" customers "active" and registering new "active" users Analyzing usage statistics and targeting growth practices and users Effectively reaching and converting those targets with emphasis on value proposition, customer return and training Create effective customer group reporting to assist corporate level evaluate usage and opportunities Create user groups and mentors as needed with assigned customers Effectively represent the brand, service experience and customer experience resulting in positive reviews and referrals Effective tracking and management of customer contact, pipeline, target success rates Maintain a schedule and plan quarterly for customer activities and communication plans that ladder up to business portfolio priorities and objectives REQUIRED SKILLS/PREFERRED SKILLS Demonstrated ability to understand dental practice workflow. Dental practice or Dental lab experience Demonstrated skills in problem analysis, customer relations, organizational abilities, telephone etiquette, and effective working relationships Data and analytics minded with focus on results orientation, achievement of targets Ability to effectively communicate and influence value proposition and utilization of products and services Ability to make decisions independently through the exercise of good judgment and situational analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as be able to demonstrate superior customer service and interpersonal relations skills on a daily basis (additional language a plus and may be a requirement based on geography) Computer/software literacy, proficiency to coach, explain and sell advanced IT tools and software CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years sales or account management experience, preferably selling solutions-based software or related products with a consistent track record of success of adding value and drive revenue Excellent negotiation skills Excellent written, oral communication and strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence desired results Stays informed on industry topics and shares thought leadership with our clients and internal teams Expertise on all software/cloud and eServices Strong willingness to champion change management, learn new sales techniques, processes and technology This is a remote position. Work schedule is 8:00AM - 5PM EST, (India Night shift) depending on geography and territory assigned.
