Sales Account Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executives with a strong background in the food delivery industry and a deep understanding of the UAE market. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with restaurant partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Acquisition:
• Proactively acquire 30-50 restaurant partners monthly by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process.
Engagement and Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong and proactive communication with restaurant partners via email, calls, online presentations, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build long-term relationships by educating partners about our services, promotional campaigns, and operational best practices.
Sales and Campaign Execution:
• Conduct cold calls to engage new, existing, and previous restaurant partners, promoting advertising and partnership opportunities.
• Achieve monthly targets for discounts and promotional campaign participation from restaurant partners.
Market Expansion and Optimization:
• Expand the platform's footprint by onboarding key target restaurants to ensure a diverse selection.
• Collaborate with restaurant partners to optimize menus, update images, and enhance customer experience.
Operational Excellence:
• Monitor restaurant performance metrics, including acceptance rates, delivery times, and customer feedback.
• Address operational challenges by coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Advertising Sales:
• Identify opportunities to sell advertising space and cross-sell a range of advertising solutions tailored to restaurant partners.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare detailed sales performance reports, capturing metrics and insights for management review.
• Use data to identify trends and improve strategies for partner acquisition and retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the food delivery industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and food delivery ecosystem.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-driven and results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
