Position Overview:

As a Sales & Accessories Executive for BMW Motorrad, you will play a pivotal role in driving accessory sales and promoting the premium products that complement the BMW Motorrad motorcycles. You will be responsible for providing expert consultations to customers, driving accessory sales, and ensuring the seamless integration of BMW Motorrad accessories with customer motorcycles. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide expert guidance on BMW Motorrad motorcycles and accessories. Tailor recommendations based on customers' needs, riding styles, and preferences.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for accessories while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations of accessories, explaining the features and benefits of each item to customers.
• Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, following up, and creating a customer-first experience.

Accessories Management:

• Accessory Sales & Promotion: Drive sales by recommending, upselling, and cross-selling BMW Motorrad accessories such as helmets, saddlebags, crash protection, and performance upgrades.
• Fitting & Installation Advice: Provide advice on fitting and installation, ensuring compatibility with specific motorcycle models. Work closely with the service team to ensure quality installations.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest trends in motorcycle accessories and continuously update product knowledge to offer the best recommendations to customers.

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Inventory Control: Monitor accessory stock levels to ensure high-demand products are available. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to manage stock replenishment.
• Product Presentation: Ensure products are attractively displayed in-store and online, maintaining a presentation that aligns with the BMW Motorrad brand.

Sales Reporting & Coordination:

• Reporting: Regularly report sales performance and insights to the Sales Manager, including customer preferences, sales trends, and product performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the service and sales teams to ensure smooth processes from product selection to the final sale.

Customer Service and After-Sales Support:

• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries regarding accessory sales, compatibility, or post-purchase issues.
• After-Sales Service: Ensure a seamless after-sales experience by assisting with installations, returns, and warranty services.

Qualifications & Skills:Essential:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in motorcycle sales, automotive parts and accessories, or a related field, with strong knowledge of motorcycle products.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of BMW Motorrad motorcycles and accessories, or a willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge.
• Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in sales, service, and management teams.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage sales leads, inventory, and product displays.

Preferred:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in motorcycle mechanics, sales, or a related field are a plus.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Hindi, particularly for customer-facing roles in Raipur.
• Previous Experience: Experience with high-performance brands like BMW or in a luxury automotive setting is highly advantageous.
