Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
•Responsibilities of Packing Manager•
Oversee and manage the packing department to ensure efficient and timely packaging of products.
• Develop and implement packing strategies and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth flow of goods from manufacturing to packaging.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to ensure availability of packaging materials.
• Train and supervise packing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to packing team members.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with quality control team to conduct inspections and audits of packed products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze packing processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology, recommending and implementing innovative solutions as appropriate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
