Job Title: Business Development Manager Experience: 3 to 8 years in Real Estate Location: Noida Sector 4 Salary: INR 4,00,000 to INR 8,00,000 per annum : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Noida Sector 5. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 8 years of solid experience in the real estate industry, with a strong focus on land sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector, particularly focusing on land sales within the designated area. 2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base. 3. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth and competitive positioning. 4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence. 5. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization while fostering long-term partnerships. 6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements. 7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities for management review. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. 2. Proven track record of 3 to 8 years in business development within the real estate industry, with a focus on land sales. 3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 6. Familiarity with the Noida real estate market and regulatory landscape. 7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
