Job Description

Real estate agents help clients buy, sell, or rent real estate. Their responsibilities include:


• Marketing and purchasingAssisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate. This includes prospecting for buyer leads, developing business networks, and converting leads to appointments.
• Property evaluationEstimating property values and performing comparative market analysis to determine a property's competitive market price.
• Client guidanceAdvising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• NegotiationFacilitating negotiations and transactions, and ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Administrative tasksAnswering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and showings, updating property listings, drafting and delivering documents, and ordering supplies.
• PaperworkPreparing necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
• good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
