Job Description

• Client needs : Understanding clients' travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Travel recommendations : Providing information and recommendations on destinations, attractions, accommodations, and transportation
• Itinerary planning : Planning itineraries that meet clients' needs and budgets
• Booking : Assisting clients with making travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals
• Customer service : Handling client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
• Research : Staying up to date on travel
• industry news, trends, and destination-specific information
• Communication : Communicating with suppliers and service providers, answering calls, and following up with clients
• Documentation : Keeping track of documentation and payments
• Feedback : Following up with customers for feedback about their experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
