Job Description

Help people to plan and arrange travel for business or pleasure. Their responsibilities include:

• Understanding clients : Determining clients' needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
• Planning travel : Planning and arranging tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Making reservations : Booking reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events
• Providing advice : Advising clients about passports, insurance, visas, vaccinations, tours, and vehicle hire
• Handling changes : Making alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
• Resolving issues : Assisting with the resolution of unexpected problems, such as canceled flights or issues with hotel reservations
• Providing information : Providing guides, maps, event calendars, and other useful information to clients

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
