Candidate should be well motivated to conduct market research and constantly work towards upping his/ her knowledge about real estate sales(only for Male) You will also be playing a key role in customer mapping and maintaining strong relationships with them. Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented and self-starter. Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability. Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close. Responsible for sales of the Company\'s Properties Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals Contacts Leads & Prospect Follow up on existing clients Gathering customer and market information Accompany clients during site visits. Prompt response to client queries regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs Prepare & execute presentations Follow-up customer\' accounts Follow-up collections Prepare sales reports Handle customer service Developing and maintaining of database in system & Regular Reporting & Follow-ups Negotiate with customer over the price & closing the deal. Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceeds targets. Candidate should be energetic professional with an aptitude for selling Timely reporting on site visits and sales performance to management Responsibilities of updating the flat availability list once the booking form receive
