Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive , you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, drive brand awareness, and engage with key target audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to execute campaigns and initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and brochures.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [industry-specific knowledge if applicable].
• Knowledge of content marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
