Sales Coordinator

to support our growing sales team, manage administrative tasks, and handle communication with our interns and partners.

What you'll do:

Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, proposals, and order processing. Manage and update CRM systems, customer records, and prepare regular sales reports. Handle all sales documentation, including agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Coordinate with interns working on sales projects and ensure timely task completion. Communicate and coordinate with partners for order processing, documentation, and follow-ups. Liaise with internal teams for smooth execution of sales orders. Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and supporting marketing activities when required.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or inside sales roles. Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail. Good communication and relationship management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
