Job Title : Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and managing customer relationships
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events with clients and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute sales materials, such as proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Assist in developing and maintaining sales databases, spreadsheets, and other tools
• Coordinate with marketing team to ensure timely delivery of sales collateral
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales process
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in sales administration or a related field
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
