### Role description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Security Cloud) Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity and access management concepts, as well as hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex identity and access management solutions, including integrations with various systems and applications.



Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and implement complex IdentityNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IdentityNow.
• Perform system administration tasks, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Develop custom workflows, connectors, policies and integrations with other systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in identity and access management.


Required Skills and Experience:


• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, certification, SoD, authentication.
• Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, including administration, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy scripting, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with integration technologies, such as REST APIs, SOAP, and LDAP.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ is a plus.
