Technical Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 8+ years in Identity Management consulting and deployment
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 5+ years relevant experience on SailPoint Identity Now to include Design, implementation, and
governance
\xef\x82\xb7 At least 5 years architecting and leading SailPoint Identity IQ implementations (hands on) including - Application
onboarding - Customizing workflows, rules, and reports
\xef\x82\xb7 Serves at the subject matter expert, working to define, design, develop, and implement solutions for complex
enterprise environments
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have design experience with SailPoint Identity Now Provisioning Integration Modules
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of Azure AD
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong hands-on Java/JEE experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Sailpoint and HRMS integration
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with ADFS, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth, SAML, and other authentication methods
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with other IAM products like Okta, Oracle, RSA, CA etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with ITSM workflows
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in gathering SailPoint requirements, completing attribute mappings between source systems and
SailPoint Identity Now, executing integration testing
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in architectural reviews and architectural development as an IAM subject matter expert.
\xef\x82\xb7 Design, develop, test, implement, and document workflows, custom connectors, and other custom software to meet
client requirements, typically in Java/JEE
\xef\x82\xb7 Provides technical knowledge and analysis through client collaboration to implement management of credentials
\xef\x82\xb7 Applies principles, methods, and knowledge to address client challenges and requirements through the successful
implementation of identified solutions
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification Campaigns across the enterprise to help meet compliance
regulations
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and administer supporting Applications and Workflows for SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification Campaigns
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide guidance in all aspects of the successful installation, configurations, operation and maintenance of
SailPoint IdentityIQ
\xef\x82\xb7 Define user access level to applications to define the processes and current/future state for access to applications
\xef\x82\xb7 Consult with customer to gather and define requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory & Postgres SQL)
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of enterprise systems (ADP, SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, Remedy, ServiceNow)
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.) is a plus
Non-Technical Skill:
\xef\x82\xb7 Basic hands-on Java/JEE experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in integrating with JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP, ERP etc
\xef\x82\xb7 Developing customizing rules that aid in data collection, and configuration
\xef\x82\xb7 Role-modeling and role mining exercises with both business and technical users to create roles
\xef\x82\xb7 Execution of role lifecycle processes to include role definition, role approval, role retirement, role recertification, and
role maintenance.
