Safety Supervisor
Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal applicant will have a strong history in industrial safety, safety management, and fire safety. Apart from carrying out safety audits and promoting a safety-conscious culture across the organization, the Safety Officer would be accountable for ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Principal Liabilities:
Establish, implement, and enforce safety policies and guidelines.
Conduct routine safety audits and inspections to identify potential concerns.
Ensure that all federal, state, and local safety regulations are met.
Analyze and record incidents, near-misses, and accidents.
Provide and provide safety training programs to employees.
Make sure everyone understands safety protocols and promote a culture of safety.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement programs.
Maintain accurate records of all incidents, training sessions, and safety inspections.
Ensure that safety equipment is properly utilized and maintained.
Workers should get guidance and support on matters pertaining to safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,854.94 - ?34,597.85 per month
