5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
HYDRO POWER PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Ensure Tool box talk, Pre-Safety Talk conducted with Concerned Supervisor Ensure & Check Lifting Plan & R.A .Sheet for Heavy lifts for safe operation.

Ensure Safe & standard direction & fit-up of Pipe spool, valve, structure & scaffolds.

Monitor PPE and ensure quality & availability of adequate stock in inventory.

Workplacemonitoringandregularinspectionofelectrical&LiftingTools and tackles.

Safety audits, inspections, Hazard Identification, safety management walk etc.

Putting baser atoning daily observation report, communication with line man agreement.

Accident Investigation for facts & root cause findings, analysis& implementing recommendation of the same and sharing lessons.

Promote safety culture by safety promotion activities.

To comply legal requirements for safety, Health & Environment.

Electrical Safety, Lockout Tag out, Maintenance.

Safety audits /loss prevention audits.

Weekly Safety Reports, Analyzing the accident trend, investigation to find facts root.

Safety committee activity, Develop and supported documented HSE management system.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Well-motive at end and able tower kind dependently.

To improve HSE awareness and safety culture through education/training programs and providing leaders .
