Position Overview :

The Safety Officer ensures a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include training staff, investigating incidents, and promoting a culture of safety to minimize risks and maintain operational excellence.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Advise the execution team about any safety-related issues and develop methods to improve personnel safety.
• Participate in a management meeting and convey safety-related issues/messages to the top management.
• Monitoring the workplace and access the hazardous situation and follow up to rectify the issue.
• Closely monitor the unsafe acts/behavior and correct them.
• Carry out a Risk assessment and assign control measures and follow-up.
• Carry out Audit Inspection periodically to ensure hazards are minimized.
• Conduct incident investigations if required.
• Prepare statistics reports to the senior management.
• Review and implementation of the company policy and ensure legal implications.
• Participate in Toolbox talk along with execution supervisor to ensure TBT is being done before starting Everyday.

Requirements:

- Skills: MS Office
- Qualification: Bachelors degree in any field/ ADIS/ Diploma in Fire & Safety Mngt
- Work Experience : 2-6 Years

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
